This policy explains what Replyloop at www.replyloop-demo.creavix.io stores when you use it, why, and how to have it deleted. Questions: demo@replyloop.test.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, and a hashed password.
- Connected Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages: their ids, names, profile pictures, and the access tokens Meta issues when you press “Continue with Facebook”. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Messages handled for you: comments, story replies, mentions, and direct messages sent to your connected accounts, with the replies sent on your behalf, and the public username or name Meta shares for the people who wrote.
- Link clicks: when someone opens a tracked link, the time, a one-way hash of the IP address, and the browser name.
Why
Only to provide the service you set up: matching comments and messages to your automations, sending the replies you wrote, showing conversations in your inbox, and reporting results. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except Meta (to send the replies) and, if you pay for a plan, Stripe (to process the payment).
Data from Meta
Replyloop uses Meta’s official APIs with the permissions you grant in the Meta login dialog. Data received from Meta is used only for the features described above, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. You can remove the app at any time in your Facebook settings (Settings → Business integrations); the account then stops working here.
How long we keep it
As long as your account or the connected account exists. Webhook logs are deleted after 30 days. When you remove a connected account, its automations, contacts, and history are deleted with it.
Deleting your data
- Remove a connected account under Accounts, or ask us to delete your whole account by email.
- If you remove the app in Facebook, Meta asks us to delete your data, and we delete the accounts connected through it. You can check the status with the confirmation link Meta shows you.
Security
Access tokens and secrets are encrypted, every Meta webhook is verified with Meta’s signature, and workspaces cannot see each other’s data.
